Anunnaki Awakening Excerpt: Introduction of Maria Love and ANN

white_house_east_roomAnunnaki Awakening Excerpt: We are introduced to Maria Love and her network ANN.

(May 3, 2024 Washington D.C. 1:42 P.M.) “Mr. President, Mr. President,” Maria Love arose and raised her hand in unison with the throng of other reporters near the back of the White House East Room. Maria was the Chief White House Correspondent for the America’s Next Network (ANN). She anticipated President Ron Paxton’s last syllable to perfection. The big network correspondents had asked their questions and now the free-for-all was on for everyone else to ask a coveted question.

ANN was an upstart alternative news network based in Austin, TX. It began in 2018 and quickly gained viewership in an era when the big networks were losing credibility with the American public. But inside the Beltway, ANN was still viewed as an interloper. In 15 press conferences, Maria’s name had only been called on once. The opportunity caught her unprepared. She’d managed only to ask President Paxton a question about what he planned to get Mrs. Paxton for Valentine’s Day. Ugh! Are you kidding me, she often thought? I have a chance to ask the leader of the free world a question and I find out that he cannot comment on what he’s getting his wife for Valentine’s Day because it’s a surprise. Duh! Even now, thinking about it, brought a rush of frustration.

Maria’s attractive brown eyes made momentary contact with the President, but Paxton averted her gaze and called, “Jacques Vallette.”

Le Monde? Seriously, Ron, Maria thought, forgetting protocol, at least in her mind.

“Merci, Mr. President….”

Maria instinctively began jotting notes about the French reporters question and the President’s response. That’s what you were paid to do when you didn’t get to ask your question. You were a glorified court reporter taking dictation of the event rather than participating.

Maria vowed never to be that unprepared again. She had worked for a week on devising just the right question for President Paxton, should she be called on. She arrived at an ingeniously worded question asking the President to comment on the new era of cooperation between China and the United States.

Keep seeking. Keep questioning.
